To place an order, select the desired product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

After making a purchase on MISE EN PLACE you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

The accordion component delivers large amounts of content in a small space through progressive disclosure. The user gets key details about the underlying content and can choose to expand that content within the constraints of the accordion.

The regular processing time is up to 6 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. MISE EN PLACE cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of MISE EN PLACE

Please note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

You will be charge when you place your order.

You can return any item purchased on themiseenplace.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product.
